Orders are processed within 1–2 working days after confirmation.

  • Delivery time:
    • Metro cities: 3–5 days
    • Other locations: 5–7 days
  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be shown at checkout.
  • Once shipped, tracking details will be shared via WhatsApp/SMS.

Return & Exchange Policy

  • We offer exchange only (no refund policy).
  • Exchange request must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
  • Product must be:
    • Unused and unwashed
    • With original tags and packaging intact

Exchange allowed only for:

  • Size issues
  • Damaged or defective items
  • Wrong product received

  • Unboxing video is required for damaged/wrong items.
  • Exchange is subject to stock availability.
  • Shipping charges for exchange may apply.
